VISA REQUIREMENTS – *** AFRICAN PASSPORT HOLDERS ***

1. Passport must be valid for at least six (6) months from date of departure. All passports with less than six (6) months validity from date of travel are not acceptable.
2. One (1) duly-completed, application form.
3. Passports must bear signatures of bearers.
4. Letter of invitation from person or institution in Ghana.
5. Applicants should take note of numbers 3 & 7 on the application forms. Numbers 3a&b are South Africa addresses and telephone numbers while number 7 requires full names, addresses, contact telephone numbers of the references in Ghana.
6. Applicants under 18 years, require an authorization letter from both parents and photocopy of parent’s passports.
7. The bank payment transaction slip (Visa fee).
8. All completed forms must be duly signed and dated.
9. Signature on application form must tally with applicant’s signature in the passport.
10. Photocopy of the bio-data page of applicant’s passport.
11. For the couriering of the VISA DOCUMENT PACK to and from the Ghana High Commission in Pretoria, South Africa, please use INNOBIZ Visa Centre. They are the preferred (in-house) COURIER AGENCY for the Mission.
